Jobe, DCHS is still closed. I admit the USFS has caused confusion with the manner they announced opening of certain portions of previously closed areas. As Rick highlighted in the article above, DCHS still is within currently closed USFS lands. You can call the Sky Forest Ranger Station at 909-382-2782 and talk to Brad Burns or Norma Baily, they have the most current information on this closure.
