This is from the truck driver who gave Donny the ride out.
First, he wants to remain invisable.
Second, He lives in Hesperia. He let Donny stay at his house until he got money wired from his mom in Florida. After one last soak he gave him a ride to the bus station in Victorville.
Donny fishes in Florida in the winter and Alaska in the summer. In between he travels to hot springs. He was raised in Bradenton, Florida.
I hope this clears up any foggy brains.
