Actually Mohave Green, the intention, in my recent post, which refers to the Emmet Berg article was to point out the contridiction between this reference by Barry Nelson that Mike Castro takes a " Hard Line " in enforcing these agencies rules, specifically referring to the USFS policies, and the reality that in the many weeks since the area adjacent to the Bowen Ranch has been closed, Mike Castro has been so unaware ( you choose the reason ) that his business has continued up till at least yesterday, to be a conduit to DCHS, a violation of the current USFS closure. Brad Burns incates he will have a discussion with Mike Castro about the current closure policy. My reference to this article did not relate to any OHV concerns. I did however show my support, through the DCV group, of yours and Laughing Bears concerns that motorcycle and OHV travel in the area is an increasing problem. It irks me to see certain riders going all over the place, damaging the terrian.
