I agree I very much doubt that this designation would have anything to do with nudity enforcement. When the USFS staff met with DCV members last month we were told that the only real effect that a WSR dessignation would have is that they would recieve more funds in their budget for enforcement and conservation. As most of our members were nude at the time you would think that if this was even a possibility they would have informed us. In all the information I have received from TNS I have never heard of this issue before, so I am pretty confident that this would not affect nude use at all.
