Our Constitution is designed with a system of checks and balances to prevent one branch of our government from becoming too powerful. I dont think the court will rule to limit the process of legal challenge to administrative decisions based upon our Constitution. This case is a very dangerous challenge . The Department of the Interior is part of the administrative branch with its director appointed by the President . To deny legal challenge using due process would deny us all of our rights protected by the constitution. I predict the court will rule this way. This of course, is my own opinion. Others may see it differently.
