You are right that we all have to be responsible for sacred places such as these springs, that nobody owns them. It is unfortunate that it is difficult for humans of this era to spontaneously work together, although it seems like that is one of the most important things we can learn how to do in this present age.
People who know how to work by consensus are invaluable, people who teach others how to do it are crafting the future.
