I am curious as to where you are being greeted by these whimsical denizens, Rick. (Bowen Ranch Rd. is on private land except for the final stretch between the Village and Bowen Ranch.)

Before the Willow Fire, the Joshua trees used to throw up their arms every time they were approached. I never saw one that failed to greet with at least one arm.

I sure miss the Hallelujah Forest and I suspect the Stone Spirits are now stepping onto the canvas to prompt a smile.
