I agree with you, Brother Bear.

I"m not opposed to appropriate OHV use and agree that that is one of the uses that needs to be provided for, but at this time all parties need to sit back down at the table and come up with a plan that includes appropriate OHV use without endangering sensitive areas, causing undue disturbance to area residents, or leaving the public out of the process of approving trails. I applaud the judge's ruling and hope that we can come to a suitable agreement for all concerned.
