Auggie may be interested to know that the Juniper Flats referred to your link is in Joshua Tree and is not our Juniper Flats located near Deep Creek Hot Springs.

Although the walking trail utilizes the Pacific Crest Trail and passes through Deep Creek Hot Springs, it does not pass through Juniper Flats on any trail so dedicated.

Non-motorized feeder connectivity from Deep Creek to Victor Valley would be a good subject to address in WEMO (if planning can be extended).

Auggie states that the Pacific Riding and Hiking trail has full Multiple Use status. That infers that it is open to OHVs. He might be surprised by the response if he attempts to take his dirt bike on the Pacific Crest trail.
