It should be pointed out that na_map_69 is the "No Action" alternate choice map, not the proposed WEMO change.
Check the SE corner of Section 35 on Juniper Flats. SV0923 to Cottonwood Springs is shown as closed as is the route to the parking lot. Of course the latter makes no sense at all.
It would be interesting to compare this map to p_map_69 which is the current change as proposed in WEMO.
The map that accompanied the WEMO plan did not show proposed route J1299 through Cottonwood Springs, a curious "oversight"!
