Look up Western American Services of Woodland Hills and see what you find out. They aren't a corporation according to the Secretary of State.
There is a person employed by the County who said that the BLM are doing illegal exchanges of public land along with I-15 for the purpose of future development. This person has conducted extensive research to reach this conclusion.
