You have drawn a portion of the disputed trail on the map and noted, "Please notice how this trail is the main connector of public lands in the area."

This is a false statement as can be seen from reading paragraph II.A).

Juniper Flats 10 (paragraph II.A) states that access to the cultural area is by Bowen Ranch Rd, Juniper Flats Rd. and the Power Line Rd. Your confusion is in not realizing that Juniper Flats Rd. goes down the middle of Section 35 all the way to Bowen Ranch and also crosses the Power Line Rd. These are all open routes.

You are clearly asking for redundant connectivity with J1299.

You should also note that Juniper Flats 13 shows Cottonwood Springs and the disputed trail are located completely within the boundaries of the ACEC.
