Auggie,
It is not necessary to ask "if I have a problem with that" after every statement. If I have a problem with what you are saying, I won't need to be prompted.
You seem to have been struck dumb by a single question about the origins of the ACEC. While you are researching this, you should also check the boundaries. I don't believe you know the back of your hand very well, so give that some study also.
As for accusing me of showing a total disregard for the needs of the disabled or very young or very old, I don't see them out there cutting illegal trails and throwing rooster tails on dirt bikes. The issue being discussed is how to address OHV non-compliance and to give other recreational users equal consideration for use of Juniper Flats, not that it be closed to OHV's.
You state that you have been fully involved in the WEMO meetings for a very long time. Precisely. That is why the WEMO plan looks like it was written by the OHV community. Thanks for opening the door to the rest of us at the last minute.
And by the way, that was a cowardly act to throw the proposed J1299 trail on the table as the door slammed shut.
You don't represent the OHV community, you represent the non-compliant OHV community. And if you think people are looking up to you, you need to reboot your computer.
