That is not what I said. The BLM are creating an ACEC in the Juniper Flats area which is located north of the hotsprings. This area to be designated as Juniper Flats ACEC is located between the northern access to the area and the hotsprings to the south.

The management of an ACEC is different than other areas. The management decisions are not done through a public process. Management decisions are made by the authorized officer.

I will look for a map so that everyone can know where this is located.
