I can give you a history lesson on this route if you wish Jobe but the reality is the Juniper Flats ACEC is closed to motorized vehicle travell off designated routes by law to protect the area. This trail does continue up past Round Mountain parrallel to the existing designated route that is legal to travel. Why do the dirtbikers continue to flaunt the law? Also, riders have cut the fence and are riding in the USFS designated roadless area of Deep Creek. How many hotspringers enjoy the sound of a dirtbike wizzing past them on the trail?
