Current Wildfire Information

With all the drought conditions and fire season in full swing, here's a good site to check out all current wildfires in the country.

Click on the "Wildfire Mapping" link to pinpont fire locations. Pretty slick, you can keep zooming in a see roads and cities affected by the fires. A buddy of mine should have used this before he made his trek ot Canada a couple of weeks ago. The trip was cut short because of the numerous wildfires in the area he had planned to travel. Roads, campgrounds closed... bummer.
