Wizard, you know that not all dogs are doggie angels. I don't know about these dogs, I wasn't there. However, dogs down at the springs are pretty much legal so there we are. We can only encourage the owners to keep an eye on their dogs and be considerate to other people.

As far as the people taking photos, this is a public place and the legal system has so far taken the position that if you are in public that you don't have the same expectation of privacy. However, it is disappointing to have this happen.
