Consider this; Some one rides thier ATV to the back country to do a little shooting practice. Along comes B.L.M. rangers, the law states, concerning guns, you must allow for inspection of your weapons. They must not be concealed, according to the penal code of California.
Several scenarios could develop, all very dangerous. All required by the dangerous penal code, put in place for our protection.
Yes, we have now entered the Twilight Zone of new federal regulations.
It is like what I was talking about in some earlier post, the feds have banned vehicles on the P.C.T. That water bottle you carry is a vehicle, or the clothes you wear are vehicles. Therefore everyone is in violation of some regulations some way.
Big brother is getting stronger, 1984 has come and has not left the Twilight Zone of federal regulations.
It is my opinion that a federal lawsuit is needed to question the legality of this new tax.
So, Mojave there is another planet. It exist only in in your mind. Do not adjust your television set. You have now entered the Twilight Zone of federal regulations.
