How far from reality is the BLM on WEMO (West Mojave) OHV route plan?
BLM will designate the trails that are open to OHV's.
BLM will not sign the closed routes.
BLM has no plan for monitoring compliance.
BLM has no plan for enforcement.
BLM will leave the closed trails to rehabilitate themselves.
Is there another planet around here somewhere?
