As a registered nurse in this state, I am immune from any civil action that may arise from reporting suspected child endangerment to CPS. The law states that failure to report is cause for suspension of my license. I just wanted to set the record straight for everyone.
My concerns about Wizards children arise from a conversation with Wizard himself regarding the suspicious behavior of his friend. I then came to realize through his posts that they are also being exposed to other elements of the "Naturist" lifestyle. From my own experience,I have witnessed too many things going on around nude beaches to classify this as a wholesome family oriented environment. Many view it as an adult playground and sex is a reality.
I dont believe there is a threat to the naturist friendly environment at the hotsprings but I did want to point out the legalities involving public nudity aroung kids. Like I said before, I didnt write these laws but....they do exist.
The hotsprings are a clothing optional environment open to anyone who may wander through. Unlike a private sun club, you have no way of knowing who you are soaking with. I chose a long time ago to leave my children with grandma when I want to go play in the sun and water. If Wizard choses to expose his children to the "naturist" environment, he needs to be aware of this world we live in.
