Re: Bowen History-survey proves Bowen building on Moss Land

In consideration of all that has been said here, by many parties, concerning this ownership issue about the Bowen Buildings, and an easement, it has been my opinion that Katrina has presented a more solid case. With that said, I admit freely that I have no background in realty and ownership issues. At what point this subject gets addressed in the proper court setting, it shall be very interesting to see, how this all shakes out, and, I'll bet ya, that either way it goes, there will be still disagreements at this forum on the outcome.
