We are presenting factual evidence through these news articles concerning the ownership issue about the Bowen Ranch. As we go through the history of the ownership of the Bowen Ranch buildings and 40 acres of land, people should be able to better understand how the ownership progressed over the years.

As I keep reminding you, in real estate ownership, there is the all important aspect called a chain of title. These articles show the origination of the chain of title as to the separate parcel for the Bowen Ranch buildings and 40 acres of land. DCHS, Inc. can trace its chain of title to the New York owners and to Mrs. Bowen who owned this interest before them.

Mike Castro can only trace his chain of title back to Fred Moss. What did Fred Moss own? Fred Moss has always owned vacant land. In 1964 when he purchased his vacant land as shown on his legal description, he claimed ownership to the Moss Ranch buildings. The Moss Ranch buildings were found to be on Government land so he lost this Ranch. Then Fred Moss through his tenant, John Ware, attempted to gain title to the Bowen Ranch. This effort failed in January 1977.

Since that time, Fred Moss was able to weasel his way back into pretending that he owned the Bowen Ranch building again. Fred Moss did this for his own personal financial benefit. Vacant land out there has little value. You certainly would have a difficult time receiving monthly rent and if you did the rental amount would be minimal. Fred Moss knew where the rental money was out there and he set out to claim it for himself, one way or another.

Do you know that Fred Moss' lease to Mike Castro called the building "Apple Valley Ranch"? Why would he call it Apple Valley Ranch if he truly owned the Bowen Ranch? In addition, we have other documents that show that Fred Moss has known all along that he did not own the Bowen Ranch buildings or tollgate.

Fred Moss is the commonality here. Fred Moss has been behind the scenes with his tenants John Ware, then Gary Krower and eventually Mike Castro. Fred Moss did not care if his tenants were violent and harmed people. I know he didn't care because I made sure he knew. In fact, he may have encouraged the violence to keep the true owners away from his cash cow. Fred Moss only cared about the money he received every month in cash in person at his Beverly Hills home and office.

Fred Moss profited over the years from pretending to be the owner of the Bowen Ranch building and toll gate and profited from the violence and aggression of his various tenants. Fred Moss again profited when he sold the property to Mike Castro based on fraudulent title documents. These fraudulent documents allowed the sale of Fred Moss' vacant land at a much higher profit based upon the fraud that the Bowen Ranch buildings and toll gate were part of the bargain.
