Katrina side steps quoting the laws against public nudity in front of children because she knows its considered a serious crime in this state. If Wizard wishes to expose his little girls to the pervert playground at the hotsprings thats his perogitive. I have witnessed people masturbating there along with overt sexual activity by people who either dont care or cant control themselves. I also have run into the swinging partner swapping crowd on many occasions as well. That comes with the territory at a public nude environment. Private nude clubs have a different set of standards that regulate such behavior and provide for a safer environment for families with kids. Wizard's behavior puts every adult hotspringer who soaks in the nude at risk for arrest under the current laws. It also puts his family at risk of investigation by CPS as a result of his own actions. I dont write the laws or enforce them, but I am aware of the legal liabilities involving nudity in front of children.

I also would like to state that I never implicated anyone by name as far as inappropriate touching involving Wizard's kids. I was relaying what Wizard told to me and my wife and expressing my concerns. Since both Jobe and Wizard are Katrina's partners in the scheme involving Bowen Ranch, it seems that this alleged behavior involving children has her sanction and approval.
