Sycamorelaughing, we have not finished exploring the ownership of the Bowen Ranch. You have just come to a deadend because you can not produce this alleged lease upon which you base Mike Castro's ownership. You have not done any independent research or relied on any actual recorded documents.
Where is the lease?
Evidence Code Section 550 Burden of Producing Evidence; Imposed on Party Claiming Fact (a) The burden of producing evidence as to a particular fact is on the party against whom a finding on that fact would be required in the absence of further evidence.
If Mike Castro is claiming that his interest in the Bowen Ranch building came from this "alleged" lease, then he has the burden of producing this lease.
DCHS, Inc.'s chain of title came from the New York Owners when DCHS, Inc. purchased their interest as created by the Court Judgement and reflected in the county records as Parcel #0433-101-03-Z001
