Where's the title Katrina? Claiming squatters rights on the ol Bowen Ranch?
Why didnt the buildings transfer with the 160 acres that were purchased by the Los Flores Ranch? Do you actually want us to believe that a land speculation company would just forget to include the Bowen Ranch house when they purchased the Bowen Ranch property? I dont think they would overlook such an important detail.
And...what is the statute of limitations in a civil case here in good ol Cal if or ni ehhhhh! Are you still within the legal parameter in filing a civil case? Since Katrina knew full well she did not actually own anything when she bought this quit claim deed, I believe the limitations on filing a lawsuit have expired.
This whole thing has nothing to do with Mike Castro as far as my intrest goes. Its all about exposing someone who claims to be an activist that is scamming people for money and property. Wizard should ask for a refund.
