Hi Sycamore,
I applaud your efforts to bring understanding to the issue of ownership of Bowen Ranch House. However, I agree that is senseless to continue. Gail is either playing games with you or she really lacks the comprehension to grasp the subject matter. Or possibly she is mentally ill as some have suggested and can't deal with reality. This case certainly meets all the diagnostic tests for delusion, throw in obsession and a dose of paranoia for good measure.
You have to hand it to her, though. She has done a great job verifying P. T. Barnum's axiom. Maybe it will continue to put bread on her table. You can be sure of one thing; her table will never be spread at Bowen Ranch.
I think we should bring the whole matter to a logical conclusion. Everyone who believes that DCHS, Inc. is the owner of Bowen Ranch would contribute to a pool.
Those who believe that Mike is the real owner would match the fund. An escrow would be set up to hold the funds. (Gail should understand that.)
Whoever prevailed would take the whole pot. Let's set a time limit. Two years? Three years? Shouldn't take over 90 days to do her eviction. If she doesn't take action, she forfeits, just like Hoffman et al did with their lease.
You think DCHS, Inc. would go for it? Certainly would be a test of their convictions. Everyone has seen the product of your research and could make an intelligent decision. So here it goes:
DCHS, Inc., EITHER PUT UP OR SHUT UP!
