Why does a title search of parcel #043310103Z001 fail to list DCH inc as the owner of this building on leased land? My experience with the county record keepeing system has found it to be accurate and timely. I purchased 3 parcells in the area since 2000 and all showed a change of ownership within 90 days. One parcel was purchased at a tax lein sale. I dont think the County would fail to list DCH inc as the owners if they truly were. Also, if DCH inc. really owned that building, they would have served an eviction notice with that $150 that Wizard gave them. Oh yea....Katrina and friends will be going to court very soon to resolve this issue....... anyone want to buy the Bear Valley Bridge?
