Have you read any of the newsarticles. This was Fred Moss' previous tenant, John Ware who was renting the Moss Ranch from Fred Moss. John Ware argued that the building belonged to Fred Moss because it was on Fred Moss' land. He lost in court. He was arrested and charged with trespassing. He was found guilty. We are not done with the history lesson as of yet.

As I have asked for we are requesting the chain of title documents for Mike Castro / Fred Moss' legal title to the buildings from the Hoffman's, or this alleged lease, or another court judgment. Something that provided the ownership of the buildings to either of these people.

Real Estate is all about recorded documents, not words, recorded verifiable documents. I have given you the document numbers to look up.

Now, about what this person with the motorcycle who drove down the Route 3 trail. What was this person's intent when he drove down to that particular point? What can you see at that point of land? I have heard that you can see the hotsprings. Would this person maybe have telephoto lenses, or binoculars, or some other viewing instrument?

What if this person had a camera with a telephoto lense? What if?
What if these alleged photos had value to someone? What about the Government Agencies, do they authorize Mike Castro to do some kind of activities for them? Such as patrolling, or what else?
