Katrina claims the county is a little slow with their record keeping. That has not been my experience. I have purchased 3 separate parcels in the area since 2000, and all of them showed me as the owner within 90 days. They are pretty quick with their record keeping. One parcel was purchased for back taxes at the County lein sale so I dont believe her alleged deed would be treated any different than any other legal document. Why is there no record of DCHS inc actually owning anything on this tax parcell number? Because they dont actually own anything. Its all a scam and a sham.
