I hope you don't mind me asking a question of my own, Wizard. Since the Bowen Ranch was neither owned or leased by DCHS, Inc. at the time of the writing of these articles, should not the articles have defined a plan for taking possession of Bowen Ranch? Whether by purchase or lease or some other means? It seems that the organizers of this venture were stepping way ahead of themselves. And, in the process, the subsequent acquisition effort failed.
After reading these articles, I am beginning to understand the frustration they must have experienced when it did not fall into their hands.
