Yeah Sycamore, in a nice and adult way, like your post entitled P.T. Barnam :-) The biggest problem at the point where the Route 3 trail meets the Bowen Ranch trail is when people riding horses come down that ravine, thier hooves tear up the ground which can cause some amounts of dirt and sand to slid onto the trail. If the USFS does opt to keep this trail, the section just above the Bowen Ranch trail is in the most need of improvement, and, the horses will have to be kept off of it, or they will tear it up again with thier hooves. I think this draft letter should be sent, the USFS will decide what to do about the Route 3 trail.
