Yes, eviction costs a small amount. However, the threat of further legal action was made and we do not take that lightly. We are preparing to take this to court as it should be.
Yes, the statute of limitations has run out on the El Mirage incident, however, the violent incident is a part of a long string of violent incidents in which Mike Castro is involved in. The violence is part of a pattern of extortion being used to retain possession of the Bowen Ranch building from its lawful owners. Therefore, the violent incidents will be part of the lawsuit.
