You left out some very important elements of slander and libel. The statements have to be untrue and the person had to intend to cause harm.
Therein lies Mike Castro's problem, I am been stating the truth and I did not intend to cause him harm necessarily, but to warn the public about potential harm to them.
Please show all the forum readers where I ever accused Mike Castro of "murder". I have accused Mike Castro of "attempted murder" in the El Mirage Incident.
In a public forum on the internet, postings are considered to be opinions. However, on a website itself that is another matter. All of these issues were clearly on the website so if they were untrue, Mike Castro could certainly have sued me to slander and libel. In fact, he did file a cross-complaint for slander and libel against DCHS, Inc., Gail Fry, William Schweiss and Gary Roe in the case for the wrongful death of Ronnie Bates. However, we were never served with these papers even though we made ourselves available in court on several occasions.
