Hello Sycamore, It is my view that this man doing the Tight Rope walking made a mistake in performing his skills at the very public place of DCHS. Doing so, without indicating, in any way, that he had reservations about the nature of how pictures of him might be used, after being taken by individuals unknown to him. This man has the choice of performing where he will not be photographed, or, he could perform in a public place and request that his picture not be put on the internet if photographed. Even in the latter case, he absolutely would have no real control of what the people taking the pictures will do with them, since what they would be doing violates no laws. If he is so adverse to his Tight Rope act being found in pictures on the internet, his best course is to have his fun on the ropes, in private. What I saw was a man, happy to have an audience in the people that were present at DCHS that day. I find it " odd " that he would find the larger audience of the DCHS Forum not very similiar to being seen at the springs by people unknown to him. Since AZ and Sycamore have both indicated that this man felt he did not want these pictures on the internet, I will respect his wishes on this issue and remove the pictures from my site. Hopefully, he be wiser next time around. Regarding this issue of whether Mike Castro is enduring " Slander or Libel " at katrina's hands, it is a matter of opinion in my view. As we have seen, lengthy discussion's by the various parties here has not changed much in regards to the arguments over these issues. If Mike Castro thinks he has a legal case against Katrina, then he is free to address this with his attourney. I personally don't think there have been any laws violated in what Katrina has said. So what happens in the end, Katrina may, or may not obtain legal ownership of the Bowen Building. The arguments will go on regarding what Mike Castro has been purported to have done in the past, and what possible threat he may present to people in the future. People can join, or not join the forum discussion specific issues, as they wish. I will jump in the fray when I feel the need to do so. Those that find the content of the various DCHS forum subjects distasteful are always free to not read the post, or even not to access the site at all, it is thier choice. Sycamore, I know we do no see all of these issues in the same light, but I feel you do your best to respect that others may differ with your opinion. Hopefully AZ will someday recognize the benifit of your more respectful, and peaceful approach, in accepting that others may disagree with you, and that we can still find common ground to tread in regards to our overall interest, related to DCHS :-)
