So back to your recent post sycamore, definitevly prove to us that katrina's has no valid claim of ownership on the Bowen Ranch building and a 40 acre surrounding easement. Tell us the facts about it, not your opinion, but proveable facts that could show us you know solidly the actual state of affairs regarding this ownership issue. My Crystal Ball says that you will not be able to come up with concrete proof that Katrina's claim is wrong :-) Regarding the Rock Stacking, you stated something along the lines that you had as much right to put the stacks up as people do in wanting not to see them. My reference to the USFS was related to the idea that if a group of people complained to the USFS about this Rock Stacking and said they didn't want to see the terrain being altered, I believe the USFS would more likely side with the sentiments of these folks, not with the folks who wanted to move things in the terrain into manmade structure. Thats it, a simple observation. I see that DCR has responded to most of your other content so that should cover the rest. You asked previously why I had not brought up before that I was not real keen on this rock stacking. I felt you might react strongly to any disapproval of your past time so I just never mentioned it until DCR brought it up in this thread. Just thought I would indicate that DCR is not alone in her feelings about this activity. You should consider that other folks, as DCR mentions, may not mention it for the same kind of reasons. I know how much you enjoy stacking those rocks, I don't consider you a bad person for doing so. Just try and understand that I'm just stating my preference of seeing the natual lanscapes of Deep Creek. Its a long creek, I have plenty of untouched places to go. I'm ready to get off this subject if you are :-)
