Thank you, Brother Bear, for your work on this and the update. Glad to hear your positive feedback! It is so true that peoples' voices do make a difference, and you have demonstrated how much better it is to go to public meetings like this with an idea of what you want and a plan to negotiate, than to complain about the way things turn out after the fact.

The BLM is one government agency that has, in my opinion, improved with time and with public input. Never forget that it was their decision to refuse to arrest the activist encampment at Ward Valley that ultimately prevented the installation of a nuclear waste dump there.

I hope this plan works well for all concerned, and ORV's as well as cattle are restricted from destroying the habitat and annoying the neighbors.
