In my work I do whats called "coma stimulation therapy" Most often when coma victims wake up,its a process that takes time. The usually remember nothing about the injury itself, especially if they have been comatose for a while. This is why I am so suspicious of the statements made on Katrina's website and on this forum. Here we have a person who has a motive and history of seeking revenge against another individual. Katrina then produces "evidence" regarding Mike Castro's guilt online, without due proccess of law and procedes to tell everyone that he is a violent criminal.
If this person remembers being assaulted and robbed, the law takes this very seriously and procecutes regardless of who it is. I remember one case where my patient was brought in drunk with a head injury that caused him to be very lethargic. The story I got was he fell and cracked his head on the curb. He was not comatose and after the fog cleared, he remembered being robbed at a bus stop. I called the Police Dept and a detective came out and interviewed him right away, even though the report said something different.
When an injury victim has no wallet, EMS get suspicious. this would point to robbery. When the injuries dont fit the description of what happened, doctors and nurses start putting the pieces together. We are required by law to report any injury that is the result of a crime and we do. If this person was robbed by Mike Castro and David Boyer, why didnt he report it to the authorities? The testimony in court of an assault and robbery victim is good for a conviction in a real court of law. No........we are trying this case in Katrina's Kangaroo Kourt instead....and the judge carries a grudge!
