Just to clear up any confussion about the T-6 crossing.
After reviewing my handy forest service map. Availabe at most forest service offices. And remembering my good times w/Kelly,1988-1989.
Hook creek flows along some cute cabins. Hook creek road follows hook creek then turns down hill and goes to sheep creek. Where the road crosses sheep creek is theT-6 crossing. Sheep creek flows year round due to the springs up hill. About 1/2 mile down hill from the T-6 crossing is were it flowes into Deep creek.
Az. Mike rules posted earlier stated the Deep creek drainage area.So by common reasoning those rules could apply to this area.
The devil`s hole area is @ 3 miles down stream and on Deep creek. So I admit I was wrong . It did not seem as far due to the good conversations we had there.
I agree that hot springers should not be worried about this government threat.
However , my map shows the T-6 crossing on private property. This area is called the boy scout camp. Perhaps the boy scouts are the owners. Hince this rule makes since.
I hope this helps. :~)
