I can give what is written from a handout from the Lake Arrowhead forest service ranger station that I obtained last winter while passing through the area. I will add 4 more regualtions from that piece of paper also for the Deep Creek Drainage area that is mentioned.
It says:


RULES AND REGULATIONS, each of the following is prohibited in the Deep Creek Drainage.
(1) Camping on national forest lands within a mile of each side of Deep Creek.
(2) Building, maintaining or attending a fire, campfire or stove fire.
(3) Being in the Deep Creek Dainage area after sundown or before sunrise.
(4) Possession of glass containers within a mile of each side of Deep Creek.
(5) Being publicly nude within within one quarter mile of the T-6 crossing.
