When it comes to this forum, it is known that these people are speaking on behalf of Mike Castro so that Mike Castro escapes liability.

As to why Mike Castro does not argue his side here, I don't know, but I would suspect that since this board is 85% against him, he probably feels he would just be wasting his time and only inviting more wrath and insults. And he'd probably be right. It's also possible that he has been advised by his legal counsel not to make any statements here. That being the case, he can have his friends say anything they want, just as long as he hasn't said it himself, it can't be used against him.

By the way impartial is also known as Kevin. So, there are people who are here to speak on behalf of Mike Castro and I respond. People are free to make up their own minds. We have been discussing various viewpoints and there appear to be two sides of these issues. Do we all have to agree with each other? I have never called anyone any names or attacked anyone. I encourage you to find where I have "attacked" and post it for all to see. Then look at MINERAL KING today and how Mike Castro supporters jumped on him immediately with whose side are you on, Mister?

So that means exactly that and Mike Castro's friends and acquaintances (maybe even unknowingly you) can say anything you want. One of Mike Castro's favorite sayings "those who lie the most win". Mike Castro is good at this lying, acting, conniving, threatening, chasing, gun slinging, making sure no one is around, kind of activities. Mike Castro encourages people to say anything they want even if it isn't true or only partially true.

Action speaks louder than words and no one will know for sure what another will do until it is in action. So, no one will know for sure about what will happen to Bowen Ranch until it happens. The issue is not up to you or me or Mike, it is up to the courts and legal authorities. I really did not think this would take this long.

The violence is continuing and ongoing to this day. Seems like it has even gotten worse. We've heard recent reports of Mike Castro holding a gun to some hotspringer's head, a hotspringer that was trying to go around the ranch. Hotspringers should tolerate that? Forget? Move on? Pay the toll?

Arizona Mike and I corresponded for a while I gave this an opportunity. It takes a while before he breaks down and calls you names and can't be rational anymore because he can't get you to completely agree with him. It takes a while.

Mr. Wizard is an independent thinker, which is fine with me. He had some of his own experiences with Mike Castro and has made his own decisions and expressed opinions.

Please show us where I am trying to convince you to jump on the "hate Mike" bandwagon. Please show all of us where I am truly recruiting for this bandwagon. I believe most people react by being more careful more concerned while in the deep creek area and there is good reason for that.

We are taking steps toward the courtroom in front of a real judge.
