Like the ownership question regarding the Bowen Ranch, if Nancy Bates does at some future point pursue this issue in court, then perhaps a clearer picture of this incident will develop. Aside from that, it will just be a subject of disagreement here at this forum which each side of this argument citing the " facts ", as they see them.
