Mike Castro and his attorney's interviews were quoted in the news article. Mike Castro's attorney claimed in the article that the Bowen Ranch had been burned down in the Willow Fire. Doesn't Gary Roe have a right to free speech? Distribution of a public document that is about an issue of public concern. The public needs to be warned.
Cut to the chase. So, Laughingbear you see no problem with Mike Castro's aggressive and violent motorcycle chase that could have resulted in Gary Roe's death that would have looked like just an accident? That is what I mean by Mike Castro's intent. If he could have caused Gary Roe to have a very serious crash resulting in death, Mike Castro would have walked away because it appeared to be an "accident". Mike Castro was the armed aggressor. You forget that when the website was up I displayed the entire police report.
