Jobe, I trekked down to Goldstrike Hots Springs on the Saturday full moon night before those hikers died. Joanne met me at the upper trailhead around 7pm, and we met Zack hiking in where the upper trail meets GS Canyon. He said he passed you on the way in, so you missed us by less than 30 minutes. We met one other couple just leaving the pools when we got there. The 3 of us enjoyed the peace and quiet 'til 10:15, and hiked out nekkid under the silvery moonlight. Might try that trip again around July's full moon, if I don't make it down to DCHS.
