I agree totally L.B. however that was the place the officals offered to the horse lovers. In a meeting Katrina and I attended. And they said they would recommend that site in their plan. And the horse lovers liked this idea. They do not know the area as we do setting in their SUV's w/the ac on. I see a problem here. I used to jog this route, and stopped after seeing to many drunk and or drugged idiots. I like to think I am better at getting out of the way than a horse, but I was spooked. I did learn to take the power line road. Then Gene asked me not to, so I stopped. I recommend we all attend the meeting in Katrina's post. Before the accident. And can someone let Gene know too? PEACE
