How many "lawsuits" does Gail have pending here? If she really wants to be a lawyer, why not go to school and get a law degree. This fantacy world she lives in is just as nuts.No..... I dont want her around either. She may trip over her own two feet and sue me for the injury. My suggestion to Gail is to sober up and get a life. All of that smoke clouds your vision and alters your thought process. If I owned a building that someone was living in illegally, I wouldnt wait for years to evict the squatter.
What is clear to me is William and friends want to control access to the hotsprings and accept "tax free donations" to the non-profit DCHS inc. And where would this money go? Up in smoke no doubt. Mike Castro was smart enough to realize these people are nuts. They are very angry that they do not control the Bowen Ranch.
As for myself....I access the creek by many different ways. I feel the access is too easy and the hotsprings suffer from too many people visiting. I believe that Mike does bear a responsibility to provide sanitary facilities to his customers and abide by the laws of the land just like any other business owner. My land is my own sanctuary. No, I dont want to discuss any issues with "Katrina" there. I value my privacy and choose my friends carefully.
