All of this is a mute point my friends. I have been reviewing the WEMO environmental report sent to me by the BLM. The plan for Juniper Flats and the Deep Creek area is limited multi-use with an access parking area suitable for equestrian groups to access. Thats right...the BLM plans for a parking area for the public to use. The plan doesnt state the exact location however. Somewhere along Bowen Ranch Road on BLM land would be the logical location.
Wizard my friend, you are definatly linked up with DCHS inc financialy in regards to that quit claim deed. Its an interesting case and I for one will be watching to see how it works out. I do have my own opinions based upon my own knowlege and understanding of the issues and parties involved. Since I dont have any investment regarding access to the hotsprings,I can sit on the fence and watch which way the wind is blowing. I believe this whole mess has its roots in control issues. Mike has it, William and friends want it.
