We believe that Mike Castro is not paying taxes on the money collected at the Bowen Ranch gate and it is my opinion that it not because he has any principles. It is my opinion that he is just a tax scofflaw and has been evading income taxes for years.

For a person to net $5,600. a month in income after paying taxes, the gross amount taken in would be closer to $7,300. Mike Castro has extremely low expenses, just property taxes. He paid cash for the property after collecting this money tax free from the hotspringing public since 1992. He does not have any insurance and provides no services at the Bowen Ranch business.

So, when you realize this, it adds up to quite a bit of money. All he has to do is collect the tolls on the weekends and patrol, chase and threaten people who have not paid him to access public lands. Then Mike Castro blames the people who access their public lands on public routes for all the problems at the springs.

So, Gary is that a little more to your standards as far as livable income?
