Re: Meeting Minutes

I received an email yesterday from the Black's Beach webmaster. He was heading to DCV to escape the June gloom, so I dropped everything else and went up to meet him. What a better place to discuss setting up DCV webpages than at the hot springs themselves? On the way down I replenshed about 40 brochures in the box which was empty at the time.

I guess it might be a challange to keep the box supplied. If we consider that about 40 brochures is the maximum capacity of the box, and that probably more than 40 groups go down on any week/weekend, then we need to replenish it at least once a week. I would suggest that each DCV member carry this amount of brochures with them each time they visit the area. With a little luck one of us will be there about once a week. I am going to see if I can create a small sign that we can laminate and put on the top flap, either outside or in, that we can put some contact information on when the box is out of flyers.
