Here, at last, the meeting minutes...
The meeting began around 2 pm and was attended by Ron, Arizona, Wizard, Sycamore Laughing, and Paul.
1. There have been no new members since our last meeting.
2. The new brochure box has been approved and was installed by Wizard on the step-over post by the lower parking lot. The flyers in it were used up quickly, and I refilled it again on my way out.
3. Ron has checked out various angles for a photo for our logo. Discussion included concerns that the photo not be too busy or try to include too many details.
4. Website. We have been offered a link to the Black's Beach.org site. I don't recall there being any objection to this.
5. Wording for a sign, if we are allowed to put one up. A few of us want us to keep a sign very simple. We discussed a BLM sign that we have seen which says "Pack it in, pack it out. No trash collection in this area." Longer signs, I think, will be less effective and I wouldn't want to repeat on a sign all the info in our flyers. We talked about putting the etiquette section of our flyer on the sign and adding the "nude is not lewd" statement. One other statement from the flyer was suggested to add, but I didn't get it down in my notes, so perhaps Ron will recall what it was.
6. Ok, I didn't write down item 6. I was running out of paper.
