How is that relevant to Mike Castro's alleged negligence? If he took money from Ronnie for access and then did nothing about the abandoned car for such an incredibly long time, would that be actionable? This isn't about Mrs. Bates and why she didn't act entirely rational when her husband vanished; it's about Mike's behavior and what that implies.
